If you love relaxing in spas, bathhouses and hot springs around Victoria, there’s a new one to add to your list. The next time you’re in Phillip Island, take a moment to chill out at the wonderful Wellbeing Elements. This space, which opened in January, is unlike anything in the region, and is filled with magnesium hot pools, saunas, a steam room and more. It’s open every day, and bookings are available now.

Wellbeing Elements on Phillip Island
This wellness destination was created to support physical recovery, stress reduction and long-term wellbeing. Designed with contrast therapy in mind, the bathhouse has clearly zoned spaces, allowing you to move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace. Guided and self-guided experiences are available, so you can choose what’s right for you.
“As a local, I saw the need for a space where islanders could invest in their wellbeing and connect with each other at the same time,” said Emma Ashcroft, Founder of Wellbeing Elements. “Creating this venue was about bringing something luxurious and new to the island, while genuinely supporting the health of our community.”

Step into the bathhouse, and slip into two magnesium hot pools, heated to a toasty 37°C. Cool off with a dip in the cold plunge (12°C), and feel a little frosty in the ice pool (8°C). You’ll also find a steam room infused with eucalyptus, as well as a traditional dry heat sauna. Bathhouse sessions run for 60 minutes, and there are some add-ons for you to try, like an infrared sauna, and compression therapy sessions.
Casual sessions, multi-passes and memberships are all available, so you can choose what’s right for you. Casual sessions are $35 on a weekday, and $45 on a weekend. To learn more, click here.
