5. The Budapest Cafe
The Budapest Cafe was inspired by Wes Anderson’s style in The Grand Budapest Hotel. Step into the space and feel embraced by the warm and earthy palette. Designed by Biasol studio, this cafe won an award for design in 2021. 6. The St Kilda Dispensary

7. The Austen Tea Room
As you can guess from the name, The Austen Tea Room is dedicated to the author Jane Austen. The cafe is set within a house that was built in the 1800s, and inside you’ll find prints of her novels, like Pride and Prejudice, framed and displayed on the walls. 9. The 1985 Kafe
This Japanese cafe is serving up a variety of Ghibli and anime-inspired sweets. You’ll find familiar faces like Totoro and Cinnamoroll in their desserts and pastries. This traditional English tearoom in the Dandenong Ranges is inspired by the Agatha Christie character, Miss Marple.
